About the owner

Barry Nichols is the Owner/President of Nichols Properties, LLC.  He grew up in Tallahassee, FL but has lived in the Fort Walton Beach area since 1994.  He has a BS in Political Science from Florida State University and an MS in Human Performance Technology from The University of West Florida.  He served in the United States Air Force both Active Duty and Reserves for 28 years.  He has been a DoD contractor for 24 years working on some of the military's state of the art aviation software.  Barry grew up around construction.  His father owned a home building business in Tallahassee where he learned from an early age the construction trade.  Barry launched into the real estate investment market to help clients with alternative real estate solutions.
